Theatrebuddies is a suggestion for a new group.

Do you like going to the theatre and enjoying the experience with other people? Then, this group could be for you. Our Theatre Buddies group will suggest to other members upcoming events they are attending. Everyone then buys their own tickets, depending on how much they want to pay and their favourite seat location. Closer to the date we arrange a meeting place at the theatre so, if you want to, you can meet other u3a members before the performance or during the interval.

As a new group we are initially planning meet-ups at Storyhouse and Chester Little Theatre, but going forward there may be opportunities for visits to theatres further afield e.g. Theatre Clwyd, Shakespeare North or Liverpool theatres, with group members possibly offering transport to those without cars.
