Guidelines for members partaking in the social activities.
The main purpose of day trips is to have an enjoyable fun day out with other members, perhaps learning something new along the way. If you’ve been somewhere nice yourself, we’re always grateful for suggestions. All members are welcome, whether alone or with a group. Each trip is different and you will be informed of any requirements prior to booking including accessibility.
It is expected that members behave in a courteous manner and treat fellow members respectfully. It is your responsibility to safeguard your belongings and heed any instructions. Please make sure that your details are up to date on your membership record. These must include your mobile number and the name and phone number of an emergency contact.
Pick-ups
The Hough Green stop is next to Redlands Close, the Delamere Street stop is opposite the new health centre and Sainsbury’s is at Caldy Valley Great Boughton.
Payment
This depends upon the trip, and details will be given at the time of booking. Refunds are not usually given but if you find someone to take your place then we have no objection to you making a private arrangement.
