Really Useful Members help with a variety of small tasks which someone needs to do at every meeting

At each of our regular twice-monthly meetings a host of things need doing. The Speaker Secretary will have arranged a speaker, who will probably have turned up, raring to go.

On the day we need coffee and tea to be made and served, chairs to be put out or re-arranged, the projector to be set up, new members welcomed and made to feel at home, less mobile members helped to their seats and more. Not all of this needs to be done by the same people every time - some RUMs may only be able to help occasionally.
