The Welsh short course will start on the 3rd February at 14.00.

Imagine, it's early August, east of Wrexham. The sun is high in the sky and you’re feeling mighty proud of yourself because you’ve just just made your first order of your favourite drink in Welsh, one of the first languages of these islands, at the first Eisteddfod to come to our area for fourteen years!

Your first steps forward began in February, when you enrolled on a short course in Cymraeg run by your friendly U3A!

What: a 6 week course with plenty of practice from zero knowledge of Welsh to having your first chat in Cymraeg!

When: commencing Monday 3 Feb, every Monday 1400-1600, for 6 weeks

Where: Depending on numbers either in Hoole or in Chester City Centre

How much: The course will cost £15 for the whole 6 weeks
