We are delighted to welcome back Oswestry actor and playwright Shaun Higgins, who has previously given us such memorable performances about Wilfred Owen and the Heroes of the First World War.

Snowing Butterflies gives a glimpse of a young Charles Darwin, freshly returned from his voyage to South America aboard The Beagle. Inspired and eager to share his discoveries, this a chance to meet the man behind the famous beard, and see the seeds being sown for his revolutionary theories.

Shaun has a master’s degree in creative writing from Chester University and is currently studying for a PhD at Sheffield University. In the past ten years he has been involved in more than forty productions, from Shakespeare to pantomime.
