Philip Chidell spoke about his training and career as a classical violinist and entertained 154 of us with some musical pieces.

Philip is a well-known classical musician based in Chester. He began studying the violin aged six and, two years later, he was offered a place at Chetham's School of Music in Manchester, at the time becoming their youngest pupil. He performs regularly at concerts and other events, and during the summer months can be heard playing his violin in the City centre. Philip recently launched his own orchestra, consisting of 20 talented young musicians, with several performances at Chester Town Hall.
