Between 10.00 and 2.30, representatives from our Learning and Interest Groups will have displays about their activities in the Storyhouse Kitchen area and Garret Bar (where free refreshments will be available). From Ambling to Wine Appreciation, via Craft, Painting and Pickleball, you are sure to find something to capture your interest!
In the afternoon (1.00 - 3.30), visitors will be treated to a programme of light-hearted short talks and presentations in the Garret Theatre on The Art of Living Well in Retirement. Come along to be entertained by our Music Performing Group and to find out about the history of sportswear, how diet and exercise affect your well-being and the positive effects of being "crafty".
