Theatre Buddies is a group of theatre-lovers who go to shows together.

Do you like going to the theatre and enjoying the experience with other people? Then, this group could be for you. Our Theatre Buddies group will suggest to other members upcoming events they are attending. Everyone then buys their own tickets, depending on how much they want to pay and their favourite seat location. Closer to the date we arrange a meeting place at the theatre so, if you want to, you can meet other u3a members before the performance or during the interval.

We have already had meet-ups at Storyhouse, Chester Little Theatre, The Empire and The Everyman but in future there may be opportunities for visits to theatres further afield e.g. Theatre Clwyd, or Shakespeare North or Manchester theatres, with group members possibly offering transport to those without cars.

If you are interested in joining us, please email Theatrebuddies for further information.
